Victor Fries, Mr. Freeze. After a terrible accident and the loss of his wife Nora, Mr. Freeze seeks revenge on the man that pulled the plug on his experiment to save his wife. Mr. Freeze can only survive in sub-zero environments which is why he wears a cold-suit whenever he is in an area with an above-zero temperature.
