No, It's not the professor Oak, It's a Tree for 1.8 and every limb's top layer has leaves on it :D

If you take tha' hat off, he's gonna have a creepy face, that looks like a skeleton but with 2x2 eyes.
Remember that it's a non-slim arm type but i can do a slim armed oak if people really wants it.
The skin could be a cool way to hide in a place full of oak wood if you take the leaves off in skin customization.

I just thought that this skin could be fun to use :P hope you like it (i made it in like 3-10mins)
