This is Mr.Bieger. Mr.Bieger Is a mix between a business man, tiger, and justin bieber. Mr.Bieger is based off of a picture my friend XxA11anxX drew. This is my first skin I used gimp on so this skin is a lot better than my previous ones. If you are a first time skin maker I would recommend MCskinedit for the main part and gimp for final touches. Also I would watch WelshPixie's skin tutorial.

OMG thats my pitcure! Mr.beiger was my creation in art class when we had to draw a picture with lines, and dots, and color... its awesome!
