Mutant Scientist

This Scientist was a normal man, studying reptiles when one day, he made a serum to give him some reptile attributes. He did not, however, plan on it changing him physically and mentally into a monster. He ran away and hid in the sewers, eating rats. Over time he gave in to his reptile nature and started coming up into the streets and plucking off humans. He is covered in blood from his victims and the only part to show hat he was once human is his lab coat and a few tufts of hair.
