I credit and thank PHCris for creating the original skin since I chose to redo it with more realistic colors from the actual Neji anime picture/reference. I hope you enjoy this skin. Neji is one of the strongest characters in the anime/manga, and has made many achivements throughout his life, he is a strong leading role in the Naruto series.
