This skin was going to be my pure personal skin but then I looked through PMC and thought, "There is hardly anything good for Fallout fans. There is a couple skins here and there, but it doesn't give the Fallout feel." So I did what had to be done and uploaded it. I will still use this skin for personal use until I make a better one or I find one that I can't make better.
