Execution - 3.5/10
Your execution is a bit off, green colored skin, tons of noise, single color on the 'neon', no mouth (Even if it was deliberate, it seems a bit wierd.) pure black was used in some places, no shading at all other than ambient occulsion map that was used. Idea was better than the outcome. I would probably not use this skin if I was looking for a neon man in a white jacket and black pants.
