I was at a talent show a couple years back, and there was this guy who wore this black bodysuit with glowsticks taped to it and a blue glowing wig. He dimmed the lights and performed an AMAZING hip-hop dance. (Sorry! I didn't record it!) This skin is based off of his costume.
