This is a Necromancer, mortal beings who have become obsessed into resurrecting the dead with potions (hence the splash potion on the belt) or spells. Some refer to them as "Liche".

NOTE: I had the courage (or perhaps foolishness) to submit this skin into the Mythical Creatures contest by my own means. I do not expect to win, but I am optimistic about my chances. If you like it please leave a diamond or optimistic comment. Gives me a reason to keep skinning.

Changed the splash potion on the back to purple. Added a dagger and a flask.
