This is Nightmare from Five Nights at Freddy's 4. He's kinda like Shadow Freddy, but wearing a banana tophat and bowtie. When he jumpscares you though... nvm, it's just too scary for me ;-;. This is the last FNaF 4 animatronic and probably the last one overall (unless the DLC in Halloween or the FNaF movie has something else)

You know how the teasers have the date marked as Halloween? Well that was supposed to be the original release date for FNaF 4, but since Scott changed the release date of the game to July 23rd, he wanted to keep the Halloween date special by adding DLC that day
