Based off a character I have. Gary Runner was an athlete, but after an explosion induced coma that lasted 5 years nearly killed him, the new order worked on him to become a secret weapon, after Project 1 didn't meet expectations. Powered by the NG-Chip, he and teammate Replica (Richard Deplica, aka Project 1, whom had to get a replica and less powerful chip after his failed) are now fighting for the new order.
