Just throwing together a skin for the contest.

This is a teen who has been caught in a nuclear winter. She wears her nuclear-radiation-protection-sweater to protect her from the cold and nuclear radiation. It's fused to her, like all winter teens are. Her hair and eyes have been damaged by the radiation, but it's really cute.
She has to try and survive without the warm cuddles of her bf.
What nuclear winter is all about.
