What kind of details? stripes, little "starbursts" (If you don't know what I'm talking about I can show an example XD), polka dots?
Any shorts? Or just super tall socks and a little longer sweater?

Dark green works. And for the details - stripes is ok, are you can just do little starbusts and make it more of a surprise. For shorts - maybe just one block long shorts. I think that's about it, but if you have any more questions on it just ask. cx
