This is Oliver from from the Tellius Saga. Oliver or Duke Tanas, is a minor antagonist in Path of Radiance whom steals a rare laguz (man-beast hybrid) just so he could admire its beauty. After searching an entire forest for him, he is killed. Later, in Radiant Dawn, he returns as a playable character, starting at the saint class, and is recruited at the end of the game.
