Operator Gray Camo

Hi, I'm trying to make a series of pretty cool skins. As I'm still prety new to the skin-making, I thought I'd start here.

Contents of the skin:

BASE LAYER

- Black Balaclava 1 hole.
- Crye G3 full uniform with integrated soft pads.
- Black Gloves and boots

OUTER LAYER

- MICH 2000 helmet gray
- Ballistic goggles with yellow tinted glass
- Peltor headset with microphone (left ear)
- Platecarrier with magazines, medical supplies, radio and a dump pouch on the back
- Elbow and kneepads
- Pistol holstered on right leg


If there's anything that can make this skin look better (more realistic) I'm open for any feedback and or critique.
