Hey guys, AnimeFanFTW here, and this is my first crossover skin (where I combine 2 characters together) and the Crossover is Panty from the anime, Panty and Stocking and China from the anime, Hetalia!
The PMC Panty and Stocking Fanclub (which I am the leader of) and the members of the PMC Hetalia Fanclub (which DerpyKat leads) havedecided that we will combine characters from the two animes to make skins. And here is the first one!
I hope you like it!
