As some oak species of treekin move up north, as the evolution of their species helped them survive in the cold north winters, they've been seen wearing parkas as they're not immune to coldness, the parkas they wear appear to be modeled after sealskin woman's parka dated back to 1475, they are sometimes seen walking out of igloos, they live in groups as are traditionally hunters are fishers. these behavers are comparable.
The parka in the skin is mainly based on the first picture, parkas are hip length winter coats, traditionally they are made form seal skin or caribou, traditionally used for hunting or kayaking in arctic waters
