Alphonse (the third), the Labor of Noa Izumi from the late-80's anime "Mobile Police Patlabor".

This skin was very carefully designed to attempt to keep the shapes correct. Unfortunately, due to the low resolution and the limitations of skin geometry, I was forced to make a few sacrifices. Overall, I think the skin turned out really well, and I'm happy that I finally achieved what I think is a good tribute to one of the greatest giant-robo anime's ever written.

Contest Disqualification
The skin is nice, but this is not cyberpunk, and it is against contest rules to enter skins of existing characters. Make up something new.

Please read the contest rules carefully.

Well the genre of cyberpunk is quite broad, but yes this was an existing character. I do trust that the team is taking this much care to disqualify the rest of the skins that do not adhere to the rules?

Yes. I have spent far too much time for a sane person today sweeping through the submissions to personally enforce this rule. If you see any that I missed, please feel free to flag and report them for contest disqualification and I will take care of it.
