No, this isn't a new skin. I've been on hiatus for quite a long time. I've made this skin two and a half years ago. The files I've found of it date to November 11th, 2019, and it has remained on my account as a private draft. Surprised I didn't upload it sooner, so here it is.
DESCRIPTION:
This is one of my attempts at making a skin based off of Pepper, the titular protagonist from the free and open-source webcomic Pepper & Carrot. The reason why I gave her classic 4px arms was a stylistic choice, but also to strive for compatibility with the player models used for Minetest, a modular open-source alternative to Minecraft.
It was actually hard to make a good variant of the skin with her hat, thanks to Minecraft's limitations, so I took inspiration from other skins which had a top hat, but with the intent of making it look more like a smaller witch cap.
The Minecraft skin "Pepper (Pepper & Carrot)" by "Crafteko" is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which means that you are allowed to share and adapt this skin for any use, just as long as you give proper attribution.
