The way I first got into skinning was just by trying to expand my horizons, get more things out there than just my lame texture packs. Since I have had almost a year worth of experience in texturing, and had worked on 8x packs before, I picked it up pretty fast. I would really have to thank Leostereo, Danori, and Eric (or Zimran) for getting me more into texturing, and showing me the way good skins are made.

A lot of people lately have been saying that PMC is going downhill. I must have got here on that downward slope, because it hasn't changed much since I've been here. But I don't like to hear everyone complaining about the admins and moderators. I think that they are really friendly, and they are just trying to do thier job. The thing that bothers me most About PMC is that thre is a larger amount of lazily made work posted here. Simplified default texture packs do rather well here, while they are shot downquickly on the forums. And a lot of people on PMC cannot take critisism like people on MCF. I think it is becase there is a much younger audience here than on MCF, and people are much more accepting here, which is a good thing, and a bad thing.

How could PMC be made better? It is a simple idea, but it is also one that is nearly impossible to accomplish. Immature people here need to grow up. I'm fine with immaturity, at times it can be fun and can bring some good laughs, but a lot of people don't know when to stop and just quiet down. I know that people just can't become more mature out of nowhere, but they should learn to at least contain it (Like I am right now.). But overall, if people don't want the community to crumble, we all need to just get along, and stop all the arguing and fighting, all that leads to is more hate, more people saying that the admins suck, and more people saying that the community is dying.
