Pharaoh Man, from Mega Man 4. This robot masters stage is a harsh desert-ruins environment with quicksand, mummy bots, and even annoying little scorpion droids that come at you from the ground below. (seriously, i always hated those things!) all in all, i personally thought thas was the hardest stage in that game. and beating Pharaoh Man himself also took me some time. Note: rememer the fact that i was making this skin off of this sprite from the original game: Here
