Important:
As a replacement for the piglins this sadly does not work ingame because Piglins have a bigger head and more parts than other mobs thus messing up this skin.
This is an idea that would make classic Zombie Pigmen consistent. It has the same skin tone as the new Piglins.
If anyone knows how to properly make it into a resource pack go ahead.
Or use it as player skin if you like.
