I edited the sleeves, belts, shoes, and altered the face & hat to match the corresponding reference image of the team rocket grunt seen in Pokemon Let's go Pikachu/eevee cuz I really like the white gloves and shoes contrasting the black jump suit, and the bright Red "R" is a great eye catching detail.
