The Shiny Rayquaza trainer from pokemon conquest. Was working off of google images so if there is anything wrong let me know so I can fix it. I am reasonably happy with the results.

Hm... just checked the Pokemon conquest website... aparently he also represents Zekrom.... guess he is a legendary dragon warlord or something....
