Hey guys! It's your favorite blog/skin maker, Eli! So, unless you were living under a rock, you're probably heard that Generation 8 (Sword and Shield) is coming out in 2019 for the Nintendo Switch. So far, they've revealed the entire region of Galar, which is based off one of my favorite countries, the UK, and three new adorable starters named Scorbunny, Sobble, and Grookey (Thank the stars I was able to remember them all on the first try!).
Out of all these starters, my favorite has got to be Scorbunny. Just... Just look at it! Look at it's adorable little whisker-fluffs and it's blazing eyes! It's like if Chespin and Bunneary were fused together and were given the fire typing instead of grass or normal. The only thing I'm hoping for is that he doesn't turn out to have a fire-fighting type-scheme and/or an ugly starter evolution line. Then I'll be set on this line for sure. He kind of reminds me of Max from Sam and Max Freelance Police and a tad-bit of Bugs Bunny/Big Chungus from The Looney Tunes. I wouldn't be surprised if the inspirations of some of these starters came from memes like Sobble's "Surprised Pikachu" expression.
In honor of this adorable bunny, I decided to make a skin of him not out of contests, but just for the love of this little guy. I know the shading (color and accuracy-wise) seems a little off and you can't make out the ears clearly, but I still tried regardless. Let me know if you want to see Sobble or Grookey get turned into Minecraft skins next, and remember to live life the porpoiseful way! Peace!
