Sorry , to burst your bubble but red was the first design for the Poke'mon charater games . He was in Version blue and Red , Version FireRed and LeafGreen . not just HeartGold and SoulSilver remakes of the orginal Games for that region or idea .

I know but his shirt and everything becomes darker in these games and every based off of him when you controlled him as an avatar anyways.
