Well this character has quite the story....
He is part human part dragon and he can,
1. Breathe fire whenever he wants to
2. The blueish green on hands and on part of legs are where his claws are located
3. He has a tail but prefers to hide it
4. He has some sort of weird magical hair it basically is waving back and forth constantly
5. This is his skin without his sunglasses he hides his eyes cause they're unnatural but he's wearing contacts
6.his hair is NATURALLY sparkly
