Professor Hupchins works at the University of Tin Town, and although he is very smart, he tends to be clumsy, which usually ends in his inventions (Like his Scare-Away-Creeper Cat-Bot) destroying half the town and blowing up Mayor Ditto's house, but he wont give up on his inventions, and hopes to create the first possible Time Machine!
