After the Murderer and Robber died, he took his mask and went on a Serial Hunt. Went house, to house, to house.
Policemen chased him for 17 years.
Then the Doctor found a home, with 5 People. 3 Children and a family.
He couldn't kill them..
He went to the Police Station and surrendered, he rots in Jail to this day.
