This creature, Rakath, haunts the back alleyways of the Great cities of the world. No-one is sure what he is, because those who find him tend to disappear. He may once have been human, but he strayed from that path a long time ago. Recently, a campaign was launched to find and capture him on camera. One person, who will remain anonymous, succeeded.
