I started out like everyone else and as I posted skins I started getting some more xp. Its when I started looking at tutorials and changing my skinning style that I had started gaining somewhat popularity. Each time I am making skins I review what was good about the last skin and what was not so good. So if you want to be a high level then submit items like skins or projects and see what the communtiy has to think of it :)
