Reno is a member of the Turks, a secretive and exclusive sect of Shin-Ra.
If you've played FF7 or are a fan of it, you would understand quite simply why Reno is easily a favourite character of many people. n.n
So, this skin took me just under an hour to do, and it is part of my exit out of hiatus.
