This is my first skin, so please let me know if it needs some improvement. This charecter is from the 3DS video game "Rhythm Thief and the Emperor's Treasure". The Rhythm Thief goes through levels using the power of Rhythm to pass them. In the game he wears a fedora, so when i tried to make one it looked so terrible that i decided to leave it off. If you like this, a diamond would be apreciated.
