A lovely circus ringleader! It was difficult to translate the reference image's clothing, so I ended adjusting the colors a bit and changing the hat around. Also experimented a bit with the shading technique. Enjoy!

I like the eyes; a lot of girl skins (including mine) have eyes that are two-pixels tall, then with 'eyelashes' above it. But I like these eyes; it makes it look like the girl is almost.. smirking, like she knows something we don't and is laughing about it.

from this point of view kind of makes me think you should try and make Moxxi, from Borderlands, which would be cool, dont have to listen to me XD, but from your skin style, I think you'd make a good Moxxi
