A lovely circus ringleader! It was difficult to translate the reference image's clothing, so I ended adjusting the colors a bit and changing the hat around. Also experimented a bit with the shading technique. Enjoy!

I like the eyes; a lot of girl skins (including mine) have eyes that are two-pixels tall, then with 'eyelashes' above it. But I like these eyes; it makes it look like the girl is almost.. smirking, like she knows something we don't and is laughing about it.
