This is Bryn from the Risen game. He is a novice in the Monastery. He is one of two guards of the Monastery gate. He is nervous, because he hear strange voices from the bushes down the hill. But that are only some gnomes... But he do not know it!

Novices are new mages in the Monastery. They are some sort of students of mages. They learn to write scrolls, to use magic crystals, ... There is only one way to become a novice. To go to the Monastery in peace with recommendation from the commandant Carlos in the Harbor Town. Mages are friends with Inquisition, that is why the novices have robes like recruits.
