from the planet E8-2 also known as the tech planet, Ro'an(row-ann) looks almost perfectly like a human except for 3 things, his bio-luminescent skeletal markings on the skin, his enhanced physical capabilities(speed, strength, intelligence, etc.), and his pale black grey eyes. all of his race are like him, though not liking humans as he does.
