It's decent. Blocky shading is very simplistic and can be done well but in this case, it's a meger attempt. Parts like the shoulders can be improved, colours as a whole, the Jetpack colouring to match the skin in general. It's a decent skin, yes but a lot of improvements can be made and over time, once these improvements are made, you shall reach a perfect and beautiful end result.
