The 604th Red Banner Special Purpose Centre "Vityaz" is a special forces unit of the National Guard of Russia.

By the way, yesterday I bought a Cola near one headquarters, or as you call it, and two large Kamaz trucks arrived there and 50-60 Russian guardsmen or more came out, the whole street there was almost crammed with them. Each had a large bag, probably with armor or ammunition. And there were a lot of OMON
