Rue when Katniss met her. She is wearing the arena clothes and yeah. I'll upload the Dying Rue later But this Rue is not from the books or official movie I got the idea from a Youtube Hunger Games movie. Hope you like her!

The clothes are right but kgree is right, it dosent look like her. Its a good skin, but for 1...

Rue is... um... african american

Also you might want to update the feet, the bottoms are messed up.

one of the blanks at the top of the skin editor is the actually the bottom of the head. so make it skin color
