A super villain in another world. "Pesticide" carries a tank of toxins to spray down city streets. With a background in horticulture and manufacturing pesticides, he concocts his own chemical to sedate his victims. He uses the unconscious subjects to secretly continue his experiments. Red rings surround his eyes from the toxic mist that slowly seeped into his mask. This genius turned evil can no longer return to a normal life for his mask has burned into his skin creating an inseparable vacuum.
