I might be a little late, however after I saw your comment I thought I'd take a look at your stuff and see what kind of things you make:

My only criticism of the shading method is that it seems a little too perfect. It's shaded well, however I think because it's so perfectly going from lighter to darker it looks a little unnatural. Still better than tons of other stuff I see on here, however that'd improve it even more.

Hope you take this into consideration, despite me being a little late!

i just used gimp to quickly shade it to see how it would come out and it turns out most of the shading because they are very slighty darker or lighter it doesnt even really show up in game plus i didnt really know the the classic format of skinning i always used mcskin3d by paril (Which i HIGHLY recommend using for any shading) so i shaded some areas more than others and it didnt turn out to well XD
