Meet the Sandman! The redesign is mainly in clothing. Asymmetrically worn socks give a hint of characterization. Otherwise, it's just a younger version of William Baker. I decided to make him a 26-year-old rebel who spent several years in prison and is ready to take big risks for his goals.
