I'm impressed you're managing commissions in this day and age. Most people that've approached me don't think it's relevant anymore to pay for skins.

The reason why I even started commissions was because I do skins like nobody does. If I did skins like anyone else, I wouldn't sell, and that's what I serve to my clients: singularity; that is what my clients are paying for too. Despite of that intro to my services, if you're appalled that I take commissions, you'd be surprised by the prices I charge.

Oh and, you should check PMC profiles. I see a lot of skinners offer their services—even if PMC disallows that. It's not that uncommon, really. The first page and half of the second page of my profile are all commissions, or at least most of them.

That's not entirely true, doing skins like someone else could very well mean two people doing the same thing, which is still very serviceable :P

I'm not appalled, it's fun and easy work. If you don't mind me asking, how much do you charge? I'd ask in a PM, but I'm already here.

Most of the bigger skinners have considered doing it here, and then asked about it, only to be turned down. I can't tell you how many times we've talked about it in Skype. Kind of fizzles out, even if it's not entirely enforced.

Sure, very serviceable, but as broad creating images is, and as small the bussiness is also, that I wouldn't endorse the business myself at all if it were otherwise.

I charge $20 USD for most of my commissions, as it gives the service a lot of my clients search for. I have other cheaper categories but those aren't very popular, somehow.

Haha, yeah. I've seen so many profiles from up and low within the ranks, that it bothers me the rule was enforced on me.
