Hey folks! Been a while. Had no PC for that time span and wanted to come back with a bit of an obscure skin: Herman Schultz AKA the Shocker. I like this one a lot considering the character lacks detail. I swear the wait won't be as long till the next skin, and I'll be more active as it's also summer break.
