I use skincraft on newgrounds to make skins and it supports 1.8. Also, great skin btw.

Good skin. Try Needcoolshoes.com, its not great, a tiny bit buggy but it works, i usually upload 1.7 skins to it, then download them, which converts them to 1.8 skins, then add on the 1.8 Details in photoshop.
