Sirseptus is a Hexodilian Guard. He’s been seen patrolling the borders of Hexara every now and then (the city.) For the most part Hexara is a typical place, nothing too strange or mysterious. It’s the city in which those traits can be attributed to. Septus is one of many people doing all they can to keep outsiders away from what lies within, just what lies behind the dome that encases Hexara may never be known.
