If the 3D version of the skin's head being a bit "bugged", just press the helmet icon and it'll go away.
This is the 2nd skin I ever made on MineCraft, and I have not copied it from anyone or donloaded it anywhere, and I do know that there probably are skins exactly the same as this one.
