This is the outcome of me being bored on a lazy Sunday. I just decided that it would be interesting to make a person with a tophat, but I had to squish the head down. This made it look like it was a really small person that was wearing a top hat. Anywho, feedback is always welcome, and I'm sure that the top hat could use some diamonds to get better!
