@Endercreep Its a 3d technique, You Make a Hat Completely all around exaclt related the the body color, then you make a 2x2 hold for the eyes, Then you put the eyes (not on the hat) in the top right (right eye) and top left (Left eye) so form directly in fron of it it looks like its derping, but then you make a lightish color and put it all around both eyes so it will make a 3x3 squake on the actuall skin not the hat
