No not a fairy xD the hōgyoku gave him the power to keep evolving and eventually he got the form of what may be known as a combination of power from a soul reaper and a hollow. This is how he eventually may have looked like a fairy!

Doesn't he... Wear glasses? O wait I forgot this is the arrancar ark. Without them, he looks like a dude wearing a suit. I don't really think much of him(ok, we'll hes really creepy) but this skin is quite well done. Keep it up!
